§. IX VI Judges Powers.
§. IX Powers necessary to the exercise of the jurisdiction
assigned to the Dispatch Court Judge
Art. 1. Subject matters of disposal with or without contestation &
2. documentary evidences: 3. records of proceedings. Necessary
to the fulfilment of his trust on the part of the Dispatch Court
Judge may in any case be the physical possession of
those same articles: necessary to his portion of them, is the
surrender requisite to be made of them by the several functionaries
in whose possession the suit instituted in the Dispatch Court
found them – necessary to that surrender will be of course, a
mandate or say acquistion issued by him and calling for such
surrender. Power whatever may be found necessary and that completely adequate is accordingly
hereby given to him for that purpose.
Art. Subject matter of disposal. Of these
see the aggregate, and divers exemplification under the head
of the subject matters of prehension, after the section which has
for its subject the functionaries stiled Prehensors.
