Preface

By the Boa Constrictor alias Helluo Curiarum is
meant, as will be seen, the declaredly determined author, of
a measure, for the strangling and swallowing up of the two Courts, stiled
the Vice Chancellor's and the Master of the Rolls's, into
the Chancery Court. To place it, in the manner that will
be seen, in front of the publication or or so much as to
give injection into, this publication, formed no part of the
