Church Facienda

1. No minister to be ordained
in future but on the Scots
Presbyterian model.

2. Every such Minister to stand
bound to officiate at any
Parish to in which he may
serve as Minister or Curate
as often as such Parish
is at present served not
exceeding once a day, by
reading and preaching
Anglicé.

3. Baptism, Burial and
Matrimonial service to be
performed by him Scotice
and Anglice at the option
of the parties.

4. At ordination every
Minister though ordained Scotice to promise never
to preach any doctrine
contrary to the 39 Articles:
liberty expressly given to him
to write and publish as he
thinks right.

5. Declaration by law
that by reading the Liturgy
a Minister ordained
Scoticé is not to be understood
as declaring an
assent to all the doctrines
contained in it nor yet and at the
same time thereby
as declaring his dissent from
this declaration a
any doubt is to be understood
to be expressed concerning the verity of any of
them

6. Power to Existing Anglican Minister
to officiate Scoticé,
provided he continues to
officiate Anglice, as above.

7. No augmentation to be
made in favour of any
person who has not been
ordained or passed examination
Scoticé.

7. N. B. This sort of indifference
is no more than
what is implied in the
equal support given by the King
to Anglicanism and Scoticism.

Zeal not provable conclusively.

such mode of employing
time and attention as are
incompatible with Zeal

those sources might be classed
and modes of commendation
adapted to each be framed.

☞ Correct the instances
in which in the
Book
land is given in lieu of

no hardship.
