Heads of the Bill

1. Incumbent Non Resident
and Non-duty-doing
shall within a year
name a Curate to be
licensed — penalty, forfeiture
of exemption or licence

No Curate so nominated
Bishop to nominate,
with Salary as per Act.

2. Bishop may appoint
Commissioners to licence
Curates.
