1 Accomplishmenting
Turn By the description then given of the accomplished reformist
it appears already that he is a species of dragon
a species belonging to that genus, to another species of which
belonged the individual, when St George of Cappadium
the tutelary saint of England, either upon having first
taken out duly qualified himself by the taking out of his licence
in due form (payment of time and fees taken together)
amused, or else before the said Game laws were passed
and enacted, amused himself in slaying.
In short thus possessing the power ab intra he
would want nothing but the power ab extra, to be that
Vice-God whose portrait with all his the attributes
of the God in chief Blackstone when writing enacting it
George the third of Great Britain France and Ireland King
and so forth.
If to the Sheriff of any County a Writ is issued
by the Chief Justice of his Majesty's Court of Bench a Writ were
issued committing him to take the body of this same dragon
and make release of him to the said Court, be the
County what it may might the reliance, it may be asserted
without fear of contradiction would be Non est moratus
within the bailiwick of the said Sheriff he would not
be to be found.
The object itself t not being attainable, whosoever
would be satisfied, must be satisfied with an appreciation:
and should ever the appreciation be a failure, his
dissatisfaction in a case, such as the present, should not be,
will not be, very great.
