When Now that Mr Bentham's Petition with his Dispatch
Court comes out, who to what course will the anti-
reformists latch themselves? Silence or contestation? Silence
is at once the easiest and the safest. consequently
the most prudent. But may will in the breast even of
the most prudent anger will sometimes get the better of
prudence. Then Based on the part of the f all looking for preferment —
(and who among them all who is there that is not
looking for preferment?) there is the hope of recommending self-recommendation
one's self to the fountain of preferment

Will the relevant and close argument being out of the not being to be found
question, what remains is composed of vague generalities
and fallacies: say at one of fallacies: for to the number
under the head resort to vague generalities to the exclusion
of or in indolence to relevant and appropriate
arguments may without much impropriety, it should
seem be referred.
