Where then — a difference so great wide as has been
alluded to — can it have proceeded? Answer from two
sources, law and practice situation. To go into any detail
approaching to that to which the matter of this Petition,
has extended itself would have been altogether -ti-
to a mind or herculean as that in question
been altogether incompatible with continuance in the profession
— of which he as so bright an ornament: in
and scarcely less so would have been the speaking of that other
profession with a freedom approaching to that with which
it has been spoken of in the above these same Petitions.

have been undertaken: because so long as the issue of Judge
and profession of Advocate or needs any

This consideration, it appeared to me that to my
attempt have attempted to convey to him any conception of the present
work could have had no better effect than that of producing
useless annoyance: accordingly it will not to his eyes and those of the public an end
the will convey it have conveyed it

By this declaration my learned friend is ceased of all
respectability and stands acquitted in the eyes of his learned brethren from all
of complaints,, with the so assaults made upon them by the upon the learned
and renegarding hand.
