Eleemosynary Advocate

objects of Dispatch
5. To the situation of Eleemosynary Advocate in each Local
Judicatory there will be according to the proposed plan, an Eleemosynary
Advocate. In the To this situation service in those
of Dispatch Court Eleemosynary Advocate would be of course an
irresistible recommendation.
6. By Article of this situation likewise the occupier
possesses the power and the of Locating Deputes.
Here then will be an individual to whom will attend to speak
who by the thanks of special interest either be urged to look out
for and obtain in sufficient number sufficient for his purpose
individuals as well in all points of appropriate aptitude the
well best qualified that can be found.
7. Referable will be the arrangement – preferable
to the this number to the of Eleemosynary
on the one part and Eleemosynary Advocates on
the other part to play as it were at blindman's bluff, and paid
out one another as they can.

person to whom shall be in whose hands shall be
