This puts it upon a different footing.

If in your judgment, you have been fortunate enough
to find an exception either in Houses, in Contracts, or in
Courts, I on can have nothing more to offer you
except my congratulations.

For my own part, neither on this my turn
than any occasion do I lay claim to any the least particle
of confidence on the score side of frame of mind or reputation: my
position is not with relation by which on the occasion is I stand devoted of
all personal interest is the only basis on which I
ground my patience to the whatsoever small question the
occasion can require: and on this ground is peculiar to
me in comparison with any such professional
men as those with whom your position with
marks out as those the individuals with whom it is most
likely that on this the occasion you should have communicated.

In conclusion after this new view of the matter
if I do not hear from you to the contrary within a week
from this date, I shall conclude that you have no objection
to the seeing the matter brought before the public in Parliament
by some other hand, and as above in which on which supposition
I propose to act as above.

Be assured Sir that on this as on every other occasion
it would be matter of the sincerest satisfaction to me to be
able with an unreproachive conscience to regulate my give to place
own my own proceedings in a conformity to with your wishes
being with the truest respect
