the power of removal given to the King, or to either each of the two Houses,
the Judiciary part of it, the abovementioned Code, together with a Procedure Code
connected with it, might, after a competent number
of years of discussion and consideration, be substituted
to the present so completely inadequate system, without
any considerable cause for regret, on account of their
own interests respectively, on the part of those to whose
interests all others are an eternally devoted sacrifice.
