Mr Bolton of this Inn, whose pupil he formerly was, for
enabling him to pay his personal respects to Mr Bentham

Mr H. begs Mr Bentham's acceptance of a Letter which
he lately addressed to Mr Sugden, in reply to some strictures of
that gentleman on the proposed measure of a code. Mr S. has
since, in a third edition, withdrawn from the discussion.
