Meantime compilation upon the present plan with
the same good and no harm. So likewise any partial
improvements: provided it be perfectly understood that whatsoever new
Offices are included in these will be all of them extinguishable;
none of them and none of them pregnant with productive of "Retired allowances". County Courts with narrow and ill-defined jurisdiction
will be accessible to lawyers only alone, inaccessible to parties,
will be would be worse than useless, were they to supersede
for ever immediate judicatories, of omnicompetent, in greater and sufficient
number accessible to with appellate judicatories
over them all accessible to parties, as in great degree the
immediate judicatories are in France, and might and would be in a much
greater degree in England, if this were made comprehensible.

As to that compilation, in its the present mode, it must of necessity be the
worth work of selected hands: it may do some good, and can not do any harm But let proposed Codification Codes – let
not them be the work of monopolising favoritism: good or bad, the more of
them the better; so as the proponent and not the people,
are at the expence of printing them.
