Desiderata from Commissioners.
1. Answers to J.B's questions. p.1
2. Assent or dissent to propositions in J.B's Petition Prayer.

Silence will be refusal. p.1

Against refusal, to Public J.B. will appeal. p.1

4.
Proposition, suppose, accepted, still Temporary amendments will be necessary. J.B. ready to advise.

Peel why addressed: not Commissioners. p.1

In Supplement J.B's propositions as suits in pendency. p.2

7.
By Commissioners, men applied to for opinion Evidence, none but those whose interest is hostile to public interest. p.2

Not applied to, J.B. whose interest coincided with public interest.

To these requests, Peel's reluctance certain. For overcoming it no exertion can be superfluous.

J.B. an object of reverence and affection as from Scholar to Master to two men equal to the highest of those of whom they asked advice, and superior to all others.

J.B's object – putting Peel in the wrong in case of refusal.

J.B's supposition Peel not regardless of Public opinion.

Pleas of personality. Objection will answer against J.B. no excuse.

§.2. 14 (2)
Desiderata continued
1. Expression of Peel's personal desire to see compliance.
2. Article to that effect in London Gazette.
3. So, one in every periodical in the three Kingdoms.
4. Neither 2. nor 3. insisted upon.

This done, J.B. will ease the public of all expense.

Sent to J.B. by Real Property Commissioners their Questions. These questions estimable. J.B. will answer them.

Reason for J.B's self land: exclusion of affected contempt as a justification for silence.

J.B. to Shelburne what Lord Bacon to Buckingham – Lord Bacon was to the Duke.

Peel's past laudations of J.B. not binding on him.
