I have the honour to acknowledge the
Receipt of your Letter, and for my thanks
for it and the enclosure.
I have obtained leave to bring a Bill on the
subject of the Fees of Officers in Courts of Justice,
which will, if it shall pass into Law, lead
to the abolition of Patent offices held for Life
in Courts of Justice, and leave open for free
consideration unembarrassed by a reference to
