If however the Septemvirate see their advantage in so doing
or think they can not hep help it, they will cause or suffer
the Cortes to meet again on the 1st of March, choosing rather to
violate the Code in that way thereby not causing or suffering the
assembly to meet before the 9th of July. But supposing it
to meet the 1st of next March, then at the latest it must
break up and be dissolved by the 1st of July 1821. Now suppose
A Code of laws and that for a not the draughtsmans
not be made to a and delivered in Spain either in Spanish
or in English by a given day as an equal quantity
