But the circumstance that appeared to bears hardest
it should seem in the first place upon the law itself
in the next place upon the conduct of the functionaries
in question under the law and in execution of the law
is remains still behind this. Here are two political clubs
distinguished from and above the rest, the this Club held at the
Cross of Malta Club, and the Club held at the Golden Fountain
Club. At the Cross of Malta Club a petition to the King is
drawn up and signed praying the removal of Ministers
Of the members of this Club Mora and
two or three others are apprehended and thrown into
prison: being thrown into prison as far as appears without
necessity or use: thrown into prison and there kept
for a time to which no limit is assigned.
At the Golden Fountain club, members appear as normal
— the debates are carried on as usual. But no
motion is made tending to the removal dismissal of Ministers.
The Of the Club in which men made thus expressed
their opinions and wishes in relation to persons in the public
office functionaries in question to men in power. Of this Club the tending
were thus dealt with: of the Club in which no
such expression declaration of sentiments were was made none
of the Members were subjected to this infliction or any other
infliction.
