benefit to establish reestablish a pure Monarchy, or substitute
to it an equally pure aristocracy, or a mixture
between the two forms of government both of them
so compleatly hostile to the interests and destructive of
well-being of the people: to render dispose thereby the Constitution
of all the good it was either in reality or appearance
designed to be the instrument of produce: to have the letter and
some of the forms of it for a cloak to tyranny while the others
were employed as instruments of tyranny
