1. Announcement of a Penal Fine
to be levied in case of noncompliance.
2. Sequestration of property in any
shape to any amount.
3. In addition to or in lieu of the
above, Bondsmanship on the part of friendly
Bondsmen, one or more.

should be on the whole rather a
gainer than a loser
by the offence the remedy
and the vexation
and expence of procuring
it - taken together
2 that in like manner
the wronger should
be a loser all things

Objects two throughout.
1. That the Insultee should in point of comfort
be upon the whole a gainer rather than a
loser by the blameworthy act, and the vexation and
expense of the course taken for the application
of the remedy, taken together.
2. That in like manner on his part all things
taken together the wronger should be a loser: the
difference being all along borne in mind between
the certainty, i.e. the actual existence, though
passed, of the wrong on the one side, and the degrees
of remoteness and uncertainty, whatsoever
they may be, on the part of the remedy on the
other side.
