These examples only
for elucidation
Only for example for the purpose of exemplification and
elucidation are these examples given. Bearing the general in each
individual case in view both say the special the general purposes, and the particular
circumstances of the individual case, he will after and upon
hearing the two parties and whatsoever is said by the wrongee in
support of his proposal and the wronger in support of it, much
in every particular that arrangement which in his view of the matter
is in the greatest degree suitable to the nature of the individual case.

By the decrees operative and imperative the genus
and species of the wrong having been declared, and the fact
of that the defendant has did at the time or times and in the place or places
committed a wrong belonging to that same species of than same
genus, ands that by itself in and by these same decrees
by chief and in company with these or these other remedies
one or more this same remedy has in the whole or in part
of the satisfactor remedy at the instance of the pursuer, or of the Judges own instance been ordered to be applied the following
are the topics or heads under which the parties will be required to
particularize the elementary or say component or constituent
circumstances of the mode of presence banishment which in the
