§. Procedure.
1 Prehension of the Challenge by execution of/given to an appropriate to act by a prehensive mandate

1 Elicitation of initiatory
information

1. Elicitation of the information stating the facts from which
the acting of sending the challenge or giving it viva voce is inferred.

2 Prehension of challenger

2. Issuing Prehension of the alledged or suspected Challenger by execution given to in an
appropriate prehensive mandate

3 Prehension of
accessories

3. Prehension of all persons if any, who are regarded as having
been contributory to the communication of the challenge, whether by
in an active way, advice exhortation or information given or means
of expression or consequence: so now in a passive or say negative way
by non revelation: as to which see Penal Code Part Section 1. §2§7. Co-Offenders

4. So of accepting
challengee

4. As soon as indicated by any one of the above, prehension
in like manner of the alledged or suspected Challengee

5 So of his accessories

5. Prehension in like manner of all persons known or suspected to have
been privy to the acceptance or receipt of the challenge
without giving information of it

6 Accersition of
evidence holders

6. The On the part of all such other person, if any, as
there appears reason for recording as Evidence-holders
in respect of the culpable parts acts, positive and negative respectively imputed as above, forthcomingness produced: by to wit by accersitive mandates, or in case of need by prehensive mandates.

the existence of any culpable act is ascertained,

by appropriate decree followed by execution: without staying
the proceeding in any the instance of any one such person offender
on account of any other

8. Special punishment imposed on the Challenger: that is to say
on him, who it was intended should be that one of the two combated.

9. Denouncement
of eventual punishment
in case of
contest

9. Denouncement to him of the eventual punishment in the event of his engaging in the contest, notwithstanding
this warning.

the case where the offence had for its cause on of the methods by which in conjunction with
the correspondent situation
