Law Amendment, or Duelling Extinguishable.

Introduction

The ensuing paper has distinguishable though
intimately connected objects –

1. To exemplify and thereby render the more correctly and generally
intelligible the complexion of the proposed system in respect
of the remedies provided by it.

2. To exhibit to parIn particular to exh
perform this office in the instance of the new proposed mode
of satisfaction and punishment conjointly proposed presented to view under
the denomination of person banishment.

3. To perform this same office in regard to the proposed new
system mode of operation under the here proposed
new system of natural Procedure.

4. On the occasion used for the purpose of this sample
explanation, to take for the subject notice exhibit by taking
it for the subject matter of the process explanation a mass of enactments
having for its special object the extinction
of the practice of duelling: on which occasion a
correct statement of the evil attendant on it, and a demonstration
of its preponderance over whatsoever good has been
or can be regarded as attendant on it will naturally
be expected.
