Duelling, in respect of the homicide which, (not to speak
of corporal vexation in other shapes) is becomes the consequence of it. Duelling was
originally the only species of offence meant on this occasion
to be brought to view. But, homicide from duelling has for
its genus homic
is but a species of the genus homicide,
and for the bringing to view what belongs to is proposed to be done in relation to the species so large
a portion comes necessarily necessary to be exhibited of the whole of the
matter necessary to the bringing to view what seemed proper
to be done in relation to the rest whole of the genus, that the
time
according to the best calculation that could be made, the
advantage benefit resulting from the comprehension of the representation
would be no inadequate compensation for the additional
expence in time and space.
