Under the existing system An additment to prosecution, and thus a conviction
and thence to execution is opposed by the enormous load of factitious expence attached
to prosecution: a bar which under the here proposed system
would not have place.

In this as in other cases Under the existing system stand opposed to the discovery
of the truth rules respecting evidence which under the here proposed
system have no place.

Under the existing system the bloodthirsty and Vainglorious
and Bloodthirsty Duellist may without controul extend their respective gratification
give existence to their antisocial gratification without constraint by obtruding themselves into the
presence and infusing rekindling renewing the effective bitter regret into the breasts of the Wife,
the child, the Parent, the bosom friend of the victim they have
immolated. Not so under the here proposed system.
