Art. 1. For the Prevention and suppression of Homicide
by Duelling at the earliest stages, the appointed course of Procedure
will be is as follows. To the each of the several inchoate
and transitive offences applies apply the preventive remedy remedies in like continuous

For the reception of applications having for
their object the giving information of a design on the part of
any individual to bring about a combat by mutual
combat in the way of duelling, between two or more combatants with the justice number
will at all times be at all times be open.

The informant may be either the individual by
whom a challenge has been or a provocation tending to bring on one
a channel has been received or expected, or by any other individual
applying for the sake of either a party on either side
or the public at large.

In this as in all other cases for security against
frivolous vexation of malitious information, the Judge will check from the
informant the matter of the appropriate communication-securing
document.(a)
