Law Amendment or Duelling extinguishable

Cons of Infinite is the variety of the cases of this sort
which have been and may continue to be exemplified. In
those cases the question for consideration will be, was or
was not the intention and action directed to the production of the event.
If yes, the how slight so ever the probability of it, a demand
will have place for the application of the appropriate remedies:
the pu of the punishment, if any the magnitude
will encrease with the degree of probability of the event
in the eyes of the agent at the time of the act: but at
any rate matters should be so ordered that no net profit
in any shape should by him be derived from it. As to this

In a case of this sort no difference will be made
in the demand for punishment will be made by the question
whether the benefit which was the it was from the death of
the deceased rather than from that of any other individual exposed
to the same hazard that the benefit the prospect of which
constituted the was looked for: for instance in the
case of the overcrowded ship or overworked manufacturing.

Under the existing system Cases of this sort have already on several various instances
called forth remedial interference by the hand of government:

in the character of an inchoate accessary or say an accessary inchoate offence,
having homicide for the name of the offence when in its consummate
state.
