Homicide at large?

To the responsibility in question in this case in
vain would any valid objection be sought to be drawn derived from the
case of natural relationship. Would you (it may be said)
would you on this account mandate the succession of a
son to the property of his father, of a father as father of
offspring, to the property of his non-adult son, of brother to the to the property
of his brother, and so on? No assuredly: because
notwithstanding the persuasion in that case
afford for homicide in every case in which circumstance
formed the matter as affording a promise of impunity
coupled with success, still, happily for mankind, cases
in which it is so much as suspected to have are
had for its cause the arrangement in question in respect of
inheritance, are extremely rare: and by this rarity the
propriety of not giving to the temptation in question the
effect of an obstacle to that this same arrangement is demonstrated.
To Still however in this same rarity infrequency a
sufficient reason can it should seem be found for against
a regulation, giving authority to the Judge to the
succession for falling on special and adequate grounds of
suspicion to prevent the succession, in a case of this sort,
from falling into the hands of the ordinarily appointed
successor.
