Law Amendment or Duelling extinguished

Art. Mode of giving execution and effect to a sentence
or say choice of Presence Banishment.

A copy of the sentence signed by under the signature the Judge is
written on a scroll of parchment rolled up in the form
of a truncheon name of it the Banishment Record. Of this record the matter is contained
under the heads or say topics following.

1. Person on whom the punishment is inflicted.

2. Person to in whom the power of banishing from his presence is
given conferred – say the Banisher.

3. Effect of the banishment: obligation on the banishee to depart forthwith
out of the presence of the banisher: to of this word presence
a special exposition will be annexed.

4. Effect of non-compliance with the order mandate
delivered by the banisher to the banishee for the purpose of
giving execution and effect to the sentence or say decree.

5. Suit – name of the suit and of the demand by which
commencement was given to it, according to the demand paper
by which it was commenced.

6. As to the Effect of non compliance. For ensuring such compliance
to the Banisher in this case is given the power of a
Prehensor, exercisable for this special purpose.

7. In virtue of this power, if after due the appropriate notice, the Banishee
fails (justifiable cause from necessity as in case
of prehension in general excepted) fails to depart out of the
presence of the Banisher, the Banisher is by this same record
empowered to forthwith prehend the Banishee and conduct him to the
Judicial Prison: – the Prison belonging to the Judicatory there to remain during the pleasure of till liberated by the Judge.
