☞ Add an Instrument of a Banishment decree.
In case of need, power to the Banisher has power to call in and command
the assistance of all persons present for the purpose of
giving effect to the prehension-mandate so as above included in the
sentence or say decree as above: disobedience to such mandate
will be an offence, punishable as for disobedience in
any other case to a prehension mandate.
In case of need, for provision against eventual
resistance, power to the Banisher to bring with him for assistants
every person in quality of co-adjutive, persons in
such number as to him may seem necessary.
For any abuse in any shape, of those powers, remedy
will is applicable as in the case of abuse of judicial
power in any other shape.
On the production of the Banishment Record, to make
sure that the Banishee is acqu at the moment in question acquainted
with the import of it, he will if the Banishee
is accessible, the Banisher will do will gently to
touch the person of the Banishee with the Record uttering at
the same time in addition to the name of the Banishee the
appropriate sentence therein and thereby appointed: adding his
own name. I, W.B. appointed Banisher call upon you so to do
