Law Amendment. For Duelling extinguished
Maleficent states of things may be or say Causes of the evil effect.
1. Transitory: as ☞ Give the particular effects – this quantum
the expression.
1. Slayee run over by a horse or a carriage on a road by
reason of the crowd.
2. Slayee shot in a crowd, for want of in which
non- are inter-mixt.
3. Slayee killed by a spring gun.
4. Slayee killed by the fall of a house for want of architectural
skill.
5. Slayee killed by overworking without overcrowding: care
of quantity not quality of the work.
6. Slayee killed by overcrowding in a fixt receptacle: for
instance in manufactory of an cotton, woollen, silk or other file making
substance.
7. Slayee killed by the morbific and thence lethiferous quality
of his work.
8. Slayee killed by the morbific and thence lethiferous effect
produced by excess or deficiency of calorie or by insalubrity of the
air – from want of ventilation.
9. Slayee killed by the morbific and thence lethiferous
quality of this or that subect matter of the work or instrument employed
in the performance of it.
1. Gelding – morbific quality of the means employed in it.
2. Letter- – morbific quality of the antimony† † or Bismuth employed.
