Law Amendment. For Duelling extinguished.
§. Remedies
To homicide individually casual with or without
evil consciousness but without exclusive intentionality as to the slayee,
preventive remedy, appropriate notification, by public collection
and publication of the relative facts by authority of government.
Appropriate suppressive remedy in case of manufacture
rendered as he morbific and thence lethiferous by
over-crowding, limitation to the number suffered permitted to be
lodged in the same receptacle.
Examples
1. Limitation to number permitted to be lodged in a slave-trading
vessel: as per Statute G. c.
2. Limitation to the number suff permitted to be lodged in an
Emigrant-conveying Ship as per States G.4 A 1827
3. Limitation to the number of persons permitted to be lodged on
the top of a Coach: as per Statute G. 3. c.
Remedy In all cases of blame, whether criminal or
culpable, appropriate remedy damages pecuniary compensation
that remedy which is composed of the satisfaction and the repetition-preventive
both or one.
