Efficient cause of title and cessation

Use of the enunciation of the several efficient causes of
right or title and cessation of title to the several subject matters of property and other benefits,
right or title ascertainment of the person to whom each such
benefit belongs.

For the benefit in question The person to whom the
benefit in question belongs by law is he, in whose favour some
one in the list of efficient causes of right or title benefit
of the suit in question, namely whether states of things or events
having but place at a certain point of time had place,
no event state of things or event belonging on the list of
efficient causes of cessation of right and title with reference
to the individual subject matter in question has had place
either before or since or before.

By the possessor of right and title relative to a benefit
subject matter of property or a benefit in matter any other shape
two states if things or say matters of fact conditions are supposed
1. The existence of some one of the several efficient causes
of right and title with relation to it: call this the positive
condtion
2. The non-existence of any one of the several efficient causes of ri cessation
of right and title in relation to it: call this the negative
condition.

When with regard to every benefit and every burthen
existing at the point time in question during the length of the time in question
in the country in question the existence of those same efficient causes is declared the business of the Cvil Code, so far
as regards the enactive part (including the instructional,
expositive and part) is accomplished.

When with regard to the attribution so made of every such benefit and every
such burthen the effect in the aggregate of having the happiness of the
members of the community in question is rightly declared, the business of
the Civil Code so far
as regards he ratiocinative part thereof
is accomplished.
