Review.Ch. 1. Consideranda
§ Rationale – its use. Why not universally acceptable
2. Next as to maleficent enactment – positive enactment
3. As to maleficent substitution. Substitute for its
constituent elements, abrogation and positive enactment: both
operations applied to one and the same portion of the field of
law.
As when applied to any part in particular of the
field of law, aversion to ratiocinatization is and that conclusive evidence of
intellectual imbecility, or moral depravity or say maleficence
of intention so is it when applied to the whole of
the field of law, taken in the aggregate.
It is the course that will naturally not to say necessarily
and unavoidably be taken by the corrupt: by the corrupt
and the corrupted: and it is to them promises to be the least dangerous –
the most easy, the least inconvenient. the most promising.
Still, in the eye of a rational mind, by taking the
every man who takes this course gives just by so doing,
judgment against himself.
