S.15. Subordinate's remedy
against oppression.

Art.1. Against oppression
by Superordinate, remedy
is by appeal to Prime Minister,
as per S.16.

Art 2. To suspension and
denuntiation with a
view to dislocation, may
be substituted transference:
viz. to office of equal grade
in another place.

This particularly apposite
in disagreements betwixt
co-ordinates.
