Constitutional Code.

For both these deficiencies Rome bred has offered posited a ready
made supply. To Jurors Jurymen, called from all parts of the kingdom
in some cases to the Metropolis, in others to the ever varying
residence of the Monarch, called from all parts and consequently in
a large proportion from parts at the of distance from their
respective houses, a few days the attendance of a few days suffice constituted
of itself to constitute an enormous burthen. The time of the term by

not in this Judicature any such encumbrance as a Jury-box
