Constitutional Code.
In this state of things – perjury on the part of the rulers of nations being a sort of act
not only expected but intended and with the anxiety and
above manifested described as above endeavoured to be produced:
and this imaginary evil not being the most manifest
and unquestionable evils not being in some measure preventable otherwise than
by the production of the imaginary evil and at the not by any other
means, the a question that presents itself for consideration
is – in what way out of the imaginary evil the greatest sense
of good may by individual exertion the exertion of individuals
in that the situation in question situation be produced.
In answer to the question the following observations suggest
themselves. Rules of Jurymen is the form short title in which in the
most answers given in common and present manner form may be designated.
