§. Quasi-Jury. Popular Quasi Jury Located out of whom.

Art. 1. To the Popular class belong all Electors of the Sub-District, with
the exception of those who as below are located in the Erudite class,
who are not specially exempted.

Art. 2. Those of a class are those The individuals who on
the several successive weeks of the year serve in the Judicatory
are located by lot: in a the in established number – say two, four
or more – serving each of them for [six] immediately successive days: the
day of rest not being reckoned as one.

Art. 3. Exempted are those aggregated to the Erudite class,
as also those belonging to such classes respectively as the Legislature shall
have exempted for now of the causes following: namely
of their respective abodes.
Art. 3. To the Legislature it belongs to determine
what portion if any of the several Sub Districts shall
by reason if the difficulty and hardship of the communication
with the seat of the Judicatory stand from time to time
exempted from the lottery.

Art. 4. So likewise what person in respect of those
functions or other private occupations or indigence.

Art. 4. Quasi Jurymen of the Erudite class are
located in by being removed to this purpose out of
the Popular class into a class constituted for their reception,
as per §.
