§ Quasi-Jury Term of Service

Art. 1. The term of a Quasi-Jurymans service is [ ]
days: the seventh day of the week not being reckoned as one
of them: but see Art. 3 It is the same for the Popular Quasi-Jurymen
and the Jur Quasi Juryman or Quasi Jury men.

Art. 2. Untill all other persons upon the list as you
have served, no person is compellable or admissible
to serve a second time: and so as to toties quoties [ ] succeeding times serving
times.

Art. 3. On failure of an incoming Quasi-Juryman
an outgoing Quasi-Juryman of the same class takes continues
in his place until the arrival of another: the outgoing Quasi Juryman if
more than one casting lot for this purpose.

Art. 4. To the outgoing Quasi Jurayman, the
he or who is or should have been the incoming Quasi
Juryman is responsible in the way of compensation, for
all damage by reason of the demurrage: responsible in case of
total failure non-attendance default, for the whole time until the arrival of a
successor: in case of partial failure non-attendance for the number of
days during which the failure non-attendance continue has continued.

Art. 5. For non-attendance such default the defaulter is moreover
finable: by alledged redress or physical operation in respect of from the pecuniary punishment may
a ground of exemption may be afforded by sickness or accident
but not in respect of the burthen of compensation as above
unless by accident involving serious bodily injury suffering
