§. 1. Judicatories – Functionaries.

Art. 1. In every Election Sub District, The Bis sub district or Tris sub-District
there is an (Quere as to Bis sub-districts and Tri sub-districts.)Immediate Judicature Judge no more

Judicatory

Art. 2 In every Election District the is an Appellate Judicatory.

Art. 3. At the metropolis is the Supreme Appellate Judicatory.
Sole Judge the Minister Justice Minister. But he takes
Of no other cause does he take cognizance other than those
in which punishable misconduct is attributed to the Judge
which come before him in the way of Appeal from the a Judge
of Appeal: nor among of those of any other than in any other case
than that of in which the Appeal is accompanied with
a charge of punishable misconduct on the part of the Judge.

1. A Pursuer General.
2. A Defender General
3. A Registrar

Art. 5. The To Judges, Pursuers General and Defenders General
belongs in common the official name of Magistrates: to Pursuers
General and Defenders General the name official name
of Advocate General

Art. 6. Attached to each of those Deput Magistrates
are constantly a permanent deputy: incidently occasional Deputies
in any such number at a time as the demand for judicature only
in the privilege of each judi the respective Judicature from time to time happens to require.
