Constitut. Code 1. Enactive Part

§. Provision to be added if the Deputies to each Legislature are
incapacitated from serving the next year or any number of succeeding
years.

Art. [ ] days antecedently to its dissolution, the
outgoing Assembly elects functionaries Infinitive Successor Minister, as for every department
of the Executive to whose function it belongs to supply the requisite
information to the incoming Legislature.
Proposed denominations. Committee of Communication. Intercourse Communication Committee.

The members of such Committee have a location in the Legislature seat and with the Speech in the Legislature, but not Votes.

A Deputy who has served At the dissolution expiration of
the year for which he has served in the Legislature, a Deputy
is not re-eligible till [two] years have elapsed.

Art. This provision does not extend to him who
in coming on in consequence of a vacancy has not
served so much as half the year reckoning from the day
on which the vacancy took place.

Art. Of every such Communicative Committee half
the number go out after by lot after a one years service,
the other half the next year. After having served serving in this
capacity a man is not re-eligible till [two] years have elapsed.

Art. 3. Of the members of a Continuation Committee
seven days antecedently to the outgoing of that legislature
half are located in the same manner located by Election for the next
Legislature: the other

Art. 4. Seven days as On the out-going of a Leg
Art. 4. In the case of a Legislature which contains in it
a Continuation Committee, to on its outgoing, to form the a Continuation
Committee for the then next Legislature shall thus be formed
Out of the members of the existing Continuation Committee, the Legislature

[Seven] days antecedently to its outgoing a Legislature to which is
in it attached a Continuation Committee as above, elects a Continuation
Committee, to serve in the next incoming Legislature: one half of the
Members out of its own body, the other half out of the Continuation Committee.
