Constitutional Code Ch. XVI. Quasi Jury
§. Features in Quasi - not in Jury

III. New Features not in a Jury system, but inserted in the Quasi-Jury
System, in contemplation on account of their supposed aptitude in
relation to it.

13.1. In the a Quasi Jury, Sections two. In an Quasi-Jurymen
two of the new class more numerous class relied in as such, for appropriate moral aptitude: one, of the more
erudite class, relied on for appropriate intellectual aptitude: to
the end that to their understandings so far as their wills earned
his understanding may serve officiate as a guide. From the predominance
in the number of that this less erudite functionaries, all danger excluded
by the existence of their decisive and virtually negative power, possessed by Judges.

14.2. To the Quasi Jury, functions allotted in lieu of the their decision negative

15.3. In the Quasi-Jury system, imposed on the Judge

part of any other of the actors in the judicial theatre.

17.5 In the power as thus described is included that of
proposing for the consideration of the Appellate Judicatory, for
adoption, regular or modification, any alteration so proposed
by other to be made in the terms of any written instrument coming
from the Judge.
