§. 3. Securities for against misconduct.

Art. 1. Against misconduct on the part of the a Justice Minister the
securities provided are as follows.

1. His dislocability, by the Legislature, if to its own notice

who in case of adequate cause for denuntiation for denuntiation is responsible
for the auspice of it.

☞ Quere would it or would it not be better to rank
place these securities in the first instance under the hand
of the Justice Minister?

Answer. No: for the reasons of them apoly with most
force to the Judges, and should come all together.
