Constitut. Code
Art. 5. For the more apt and effectual performance of the above
he performs Inspection Grants, as per Ch. 8. §
Art. 6. That in the exercise of these his functions there may
never be any intermission, he locates a permanent eventual Deputy,
and occasional incidental deputies in the same manner as to the other
judicial functionaries, as per Ch. 8. §.
Art. 7. In the event of any accusation against any
other member of the Judiciary, he acts as Judge. See Ch. 8. §.
Art. 8. His pay is the same as that of every other
Minister. But the ex to this is added the all necessary travelling expence actually occasioned
by the Inspection Circuits.
Art. 9. When Except when matter At the respective places of his duty his attendance at
the place is as done as that of any other Member of the Judiciary
and by the same manner of security secured.
