Ch. 7. Judiciary – Justice Minister
§. 1. Justice Minister location, continuance in office, dislocation
Art. Of no other no other Office or Administrative
can be not possessed by the Minister of Justice
Art. Of no other Minister can the Office be at the same time possessed by
the Minister Justice Minister: nor can any part of its function be exercised
by him. In Ch. 5, §. 1. Administrative. He can not be at the same time a chamber
of the Legislature or of some Sub-legislature.
Art. The Justice Minister continues for an office for life,
unless dislocated by the Legislature for specific or by himself
by resignation.+ He is not dislocable by the Executive.
By the sole authority of the Executive Chief he is not dislocable.
Btu in case of inaptitude, it belong to the Executive Chief to
propose investigation to the Legislature: and for as far as
to do in case of adequate cause he is responsible.+
Art. 1. The Justice Minister is located by the Executive
Chief.
Art. 2. The continuance f in office is for life, unless
dislocated.
Art. 3. Dislocation Events by which he is dislocated are
1. Resignation. 2. Acceptance of any other a set in the Legislature.
3. Acceptance of any other Ministerial Office. 4. Acceptance
of a seat in any Sub legislature. 5. Dislocation by act of the
Legislature.
Art. 4. In case of his inaptitude, to the Executive
Chief it belongs, on his responsibility, to give information thereof
to the Legislature.
