§. 1. Justice Minister how located, dislocated – functions – pay– location
dislocation
Art. 1. The Justice Minister is located by the Executive
Chief.
Art. 2. His continuance in office is for life or less resignating unless
Art. 3. At any time, he is dislocable by the Executive Chief
for special assigned, and reported to the Legislature. If, for
7 days after the Report made, no veto has been to him by the Legislature
the destruction is compleat effective and the Executive Chief locates
another person in the place of the functionary so dislocated.
Art. 1. To the Justice Minister belong the functions following.
1. He locates, Of his own authority, on his own responsibility he locates all
the several other Members of the Justiciary, fas to whom see §.
but subject only to the restriction in §.
Art. 2. At the requisition of the Subleg any of the following one of certain
authorities he dislocates them, as per §.
Art. 3 1 With He exercises the exercises, statistic and
melioration-suggestive function with as to relation the whole system body of
the laws, including the system of Judicial Procedure and the conduct of all the several functionaries
concerned employed in the giving execution and effect to it. For the manner
see Ch. 5. §. Administrative.
Art. 2
Art. 4. With relation to prisons, and all other instruments and places employed
in the business of administering punishment to the function he exercises
within his department are those exercised by the Army, Navy, the same function as the Interior Communication
Minister and the Domain Minister within their respective
departments. This he does, by what fund soever the charge is borne:
namely the national fund or any local fund.
Art. His pay is the same as [ ] the same as that of
every other Minister. In his instance more especially, acceptance
of money, moneys worth, or any other object of general desire, at the
hands of any individual or aggregate money, the consideration of service in
any shape rendered by him or supposed or expected to be rendered by him, or
and person subordinate
of his, by means of the
power attached to their
respective offices, is extortion or corruption,
and as such a
punishable offence.
