Constitutional Code Procedure. 1. Enactive Part Ch. Quasi Jury Trial
5 of L
Art: On the occasion of the recapitulatory examination
all evidence which without being is has been merely indicative
and not appropriate will of course be omitted: that is
to say the indevident by whom it was exhibited will not
in this occasion be examined: unless pretence it stand
such examination should prove necessary to the purpose of
corroborating or informing the testimony of him when evidence talking
had been stated as being relevant and appropriate evidence, as if
though stated by Auditors as having been present in
the Occasion in question should and upon the original examination
admitted his having been so, should on the recapitulatory
examination deny his having been so: in this
case it might be of use that Auditor should be forthcoming
for the purpose of being confronted with him, that so
by means with the help of the mutual interrogation the truth of the
matter might may be brought to light
Art. 23 On a day in which there is no recapitulatory
examination on the prospect, the Quasi-Jury will add itself to the
company of Spontaneous Visitors, as per Ch. XV: but will occupy
its appropriate seat.
