§. 2. Field of Service

Art. Where by the Judge the imperative decree has
in presence of all parties or their substitutes been pronounced it rests
with any party who is to require a recapitulatory
hearing: and by the Judge such hearing is given of course
and a day and time appointed for the purpose.

Art. In When. in consequence persuasion of the recapitulation
the definitive post-recapitulation imperative decree is delivered the burthen of the costs produced
by the delay so produced will be imposed by the Judge
on such pro on the parties, in such proportion as to him seems meet apt: if for the expence and vexation thus produced, there
is in his eyes no has not been in his eyes adequate ground, he will him or those at whose
requisition it the delay was thus created, the burthen of reimbursement the burthen of such expence
to the in relief of such person or persons in whom requisition as did not concurr in the
thus produced requisition by which it was produced.

Art. If Consideration had of the pecuniary circumstances,
absolute and comparative, of the several

concurred in the requisition such recapitulatory hearing as ordered, any
