§.3. Function Interrogative

§. 3. Quasi-Jury Functions

Art. 1. The functions of a the Quasi-Jury are as follows.
Exceptions as excepted, on whatsoever occasion a Judge Immediate
or a Depute of his acts, a Quasi-Jury is present.

Art. 2. On every each occasion each Members have its has a right to
on each occasion to as by manifestation expression given
to
of his opinion, by question put to any every other actor who
at the time is in the theatre of Justice
: on certain occasions, the members are all of them in a
body called Art upon to take a certain part in the business.

Art. 3. The part which so taken by them a Quasi Jury individually
will consist either in intimation given by him of
his opinion on any subject thing which passes which at the time in question
is before the Judicatory, or in a question put putting a question IV Interrogation to one or other
of the actors those present of the judiciary drama actors in the theatre
of justice: namely Judge or his Depute, witness on either
side, party on either side, professional assistant to a party
or parties on either side, Pursuer General or his Depute, Defender
General or his Depute, Registrar, or his Depute.

IV. Commentative function

Art. 4. Any such observation, is, if the utterer
insists upon it, entered upon the Register: but, in that case,
if he is eventually responsible for it, penally or non-penally as the
case may be to the Appellate Judicatory.

IV. Interrogative

Art. 5. To every such question it depends upon against the
in the case of dispute concerning the lawfulness or relevancy of it
or the right of exacting and answer it belongs to the Judge to decide:
