§. Interrogative function

§. Interrogative function – effect here given to the exercise of it.

Art. 5. If, being neither irrelevant nor otherwise unapt, the
interrogation addressed is followed by relevant and apt responses,
it is well. If being addressed to a person other than the officiating
Judge, it fails of being productive of and being in his eyes relevant and apt such responses as in his
judgment is relevant and apt fails is not of being given to it, the Judge,
gives existence to if the individual interrogated be an extraneous witness
employs his powers in executing a response to it, as per Ch.
XI. Sedatu function §. Sedative function. Art. and confines
such exercise untill such response such as in his eyes is
relevant and apt shall have been delivered,
will apply his power to the exaction of such answer according

far as the rendering it will be at the expence of the non-complier
that it will be to be rendered: and such accordingly, in case
of necessity is the arrangement that may be made.

Art. 7. If it he be an assistant professional or non-professional
of a party, and in the declared opinion of the Judge such non-compliance
has for its cause the especially if it be in
concert with the party, the endeavour to serve the a party
he being in the wrong the loss from loss of such as above, intimation
may be made to him that in relation to the interest
of the party in the suit such non-compliance will have the
same effect as if it had been by the party himself that it
had been manifested, and such accordingly in case of necessity
is the arrangement that may be made.
