§. function §. Judge's recapitulation.

Art. 8. The state of the case according to the Judges conception
of it being thus brought to view, follow such observations
if any, as to the 1st in the eyes of the Judge are necessary
or useful to render apparent the aptitude of the decrees,
opinative and unpinative which he has it in contemplation
to pronounce.

Art. 9. Next and lastly follows the of those same
decrees accompanied or followed by such further observations
or comments, if any, as it seems in his eyes are promise
to be conducive to the that same purpose.
