§. 3. Functions

Art. 19 Means of calling into place Mode in which the above function
functions. of every the Quasi-Jury are called forth into exercise.

1. By the parties, and and their possible assistants
or substitutes, professional or gratuitous, & what is
said is in general addressed and understood to be
addressed to the Quasi Jury, in conjunction with the
Judge.

2. By The Judge, when making his
observations on the evidence, or on the conduct of parties,
or use witnesses, or any other actor in the
Judicial theatre, or in g stating the reasons on
which his decrees, mandates, or other proceedings acts or discourses are
grounded, they are in like manner principally addressed
as principal auditors, appropriate regard being at the
same time had to those the Judicial Inspectors and the
other actors in the Judicial theatre.
